Went here with a friend to get an oil change and tire
Went here with a friend to get an oil change and tire rotation on her car on Tuesday. She had a coupon for this. She had scheduled the appointment online and had received numerous texts and emails reminding her of the appointment. When we got there we were told it could not be done. They were having an issue with computer software and appointments made online were not getting recorded correctly. They found the appointment but would not honor it since they stated they had 2 techs that had called in sick and one employee out with a medical emergency. They could not promise they would have work done by 5pm and told us if it needed to be done immediately we could go to an entity down the road and have it done there. We had driven 1 hour to get to this appointment. The only concession they would give my friend was that they would honor her coupon past the end of the month. That is it! When I questioned any compensation for this trip the manager told us the coupon was it. He would not go over that. Told us the coupon was actually a loss for them. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years. If I would have been in that situation I would have been verifying appointments between online appointments and appointments made in person. If they were not matching I would have been calling the online reservations to reschedule their appointments. They knew they were having this issue and did nothing to try to alleviate the situation. I would also have offered customer some compensation other than honoring the coupon past the end of the month. The lady that was working with the schedule in the office was extremely kind and as helpful as she could be. Manager needs to upgrade his service skills. To make matters worse, my friend actually received an email today stating they were sorry she missed her appointment!! I will never look here when buying a new or used car and would never take my car here for service.

After I unexpectedly encountered a 15 MPH speed bump that
After I unexpectedly encountered a 15 MPH speed bump that Milwaukee placed in the middle a 25 MPH residential street--rather than actually enforcing their own traffic laws--I dropped off my Mustang after driving home--very slowly. Next day I talked to Adam about the situation. He suggested a full front-end and suspension inspection. I agreed. Later, Service Technician, Justen, sent me a detailed video with the results of his inspection. Surprisingly, all components were solid and roadworthy. He suggested a front-end alignment, but otherwise, no other damage or repairs needed. Great. Within a few hours, Angie called and pronounced it ready for my pickup. Later that day, I stopped by to buy an additional spare Mustang key fob. Mr. Bauer from parts actually walked out to my car with the fob to assure it worked and programmed it before charging me for the part. Very helpful. On my way out, I talked with Tim who gladly scheduled a Works appointment for my truck in the following week. Quite a team effort providing exceptional customer service from Boucher Village Ford's Service and Parts departments. Thanks everyone.
