All ways wonderful fast service. The service was quick and everything was checked completely. Comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks as always. Very very polite personnel too.

Dealership was quick to address a problem causing an unknown noise that suddenly came up. Prevented a possibly dangerous driving incident. Appreciate their getting the problem fixed quickly as well.

They are doing a great job keeping my "golden ager" 2005 Freestyle up and running by making sure any problems are taken care of -- sometimes with preventative maintenance before things happen. That keeps this "golden ager" happy on the road!!

We recently acquired a 2000 Ford Excursion that we knew would need some significant work. Tim Gallitz was great - He was able to schedule the service when it was convenient for us, and kept us up to speed on the entire process. He checked everything I asked, was honest in terms of what needed to be done and what didn't, and was even able to use Boucher coupons to help us out given the extent of the work done. Our 20 year old Excursion is road-trip worthy again!

Bought the car a week later transmission failed. Then brand new drum brakes drum adjusters where installed backwards. Had to take it back to theinsville location. Not satisfied with lack of communication between locations. Still had to pay warranty deductible.

Good service on a follow up issue. I had an oil leak from a previous engine block replacement. They got my car in the next day.
