Staff is courteous. Very clean and nice lobby with beverages. Areas to work while you wait for service to be completed. I was offered a ride home and back to the dealership when service was complete.

Be very careful with this dealership, they advertise flex pricing. I made a serious inquiry for a used truck advertised at $31,800, their out the door number was $36,000. A 13.2% increase. ALSO it turns out they were slow playing me, because they ended up selling it to an employee from a different store. If it is not legitimately available to the public, then don’t advertise it!!! BE CAREFUL!

Daniel, I’m sorry to read your review and to understand the conclusions. The truck you were investigating had been for sale at our dealership for 90 days. You’re in California, yet your questions were all answered promptly through multiple time zones until you were told it had sold. We were completely upfront with the price you’d see on the window sticker here. It’s not our intention to mislead anyone, we don’t. The vehicle pricing sent to you included options, Indiana tax, title and tags. California taxes and licensing certainly would be different, not to mention the cost for shipping over the mountains as you requested. The fact is that your investigation wasn’t very far along. It’s unfortunate it didn’t lean your way, but you’re not the first person who missed an opportunity because it sold while someone else was interested in purchasing it. This does happen. The man who bought the truck is an employee with a sister dealership, which had nothing to do with why you missed it. He’s visited here more than once, had driven the truck, negotiated and agreed to pricing, secured financing and signed the papers to buy it. That’s all that happened. There’s a lot of moving parts to purchase a vehicle, especially with 2200 miles between the parties. I’m sure it’s been a learning curve, and we wish you the best in finding the truck you’re looking for at the price and process you’re hoping to find. Signed, Jim Teaters, Concierge – 317-428-6936
