They sold me a vehicle without working air conditioning.

They sold me a vehicle without working air conditioning. Someone drove the vehicle from Slidell to Houma with no ac in south Louisiana and thought that would be okay. Then the salesman is no longer with the company so I have no representative from legacy to discuss updates with.

Alyssa was great!

Alyssa was great! Even before I got to the dealership she was sending pictures of the vehicles I asked about. When I got there, both trucks were ready for me. She helped through the whole process and followed up several times after the purchase to make sure there were no issues.

The professionalism of the management team at this

The professionalism of the management team at this dealership was disappointing. All of my finance paperwork was handled solely by my salesman; I never met with a finance manager to review or finalize the paperwork. Likewise, I never had any interaction with the sales manager throughout the entire process. The only representatives I spoke with were my salesman and the product specialist during the test drive. Additionally, I purchased weather mats at the time of my vehicle purchase, but I was not given any credit for them through my GM Rewards account. I was told I would need to call GM Rewards myself to have the points added, which should have been handled at the dealership. Overall, Legacy could benefit greatly from additional customer service training for their management team to ensure buyers feel properly supported and valued during the purchasing process.

I love the truck but I did not like that they pushed
