The sales person (Tony Carreon) did everything to help me

The sales person (Tony Carreon) did everything to help me out with my trade in and purchase of a new Tahoe, what a great pleasure and experience doing business with him. We shall recommend going to him to all our friends needing a car around here.

No, I do not need anything at the moment.

No, I do not need anything at the moment. However, I would like to share my experience with the dealership. First, I want to say that my husband and I are grateful for the damages that were fixed. However, my car was at your dealership for two weeks and all of my concerns with the car were not met. I found a few scratches on the body, the tint was not done on the back window and the cigarette mark was still there on the middle console. Also, there is a rattling noise now on the passenger side. I do see what was done, but it was not worth everything you all charged my insurance. To have my car for 2 weeks and it still has problems is disheartening. I will not be back the the dealership for further repairs.

A terrible place to TRY and buy a vehicle.

A terrible place to TRY and buy a vehicle. Vehicle we signed paper work for, was sold to someone else "before" we signed. They tried to make it right, and then were selling us a vehicle that needed a repair they said could be completed the same week. We signed paperwork and after everything was finalized we were told we had to bring the vehicle back for the repairs to be done. This place only cares about trying to make a sale and pushing you into the finance room. They have terrible customer service and the manager I spoke with wasn't even apologetic in all the headache they put us through. They definitely lost out on a sale and any recommendations. We will never be going back to this place. Waste of time.

Dave, the Internet sales manager, sold me my new truck with complete transparency and no pressure sales tactics. Ricky in finance was great to work with too. Despite having my own financing, he was a pleasure to work with. Moritz has outstanding online reviews and I can see why. We will be back when we need to purchase another vehicle.

I need A/C repair on my 2017 Impala, so took it into

I need A/C repair on my 2017 Impala, so took it into Moritz today. The service agent informed me that it will be 10 days before the car could be looked at, and that I would have to leave it at the shop for it be be looked at in its turn. I would have to rent a car during the meantime. Also, my extended warranty, purchased through this dealership, expired 3/31/2024. I did not receive notice from Chevrolet of its pending expiration. I have been pleased with my relationship with Moritz since purchasing this car from them in 2017, but I am disappointed at this time.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar.
