Thank you Mr. Orcutt! We appreciate your business and hope to work with you again in the future.
Correction.
On August 21, 2021. I left a less than stellar review because I didn’t understand what happened. Actually it turned out to be my error. Dave and the crew did an awesome job selling my car. I was so impressed with them that I recently brought another car from my collection and it is listed with the other premium listings on their Tampa website.

Deceptive Business Practices
I recently purchased a 1967 Chevelle from these guys. I was purchasing from out of state so i spoke with a salesman at length about the car. He assured me the car was straight and had absolutely no rust, which he said would have been noticed on the call out list if it had been present. I was financing the car and my lender required an appraisal so the salesman recommended one that they frequently utilize. Not surprisingly, the appraisal came back favorably and I was able to get financing from my lender. I flew from CA to Tampa, purchased the car, and drove it home to TX. When I arrived I took the car to my mechanic due to some driveline issues i experienced on the trip home. My mechanic put the car on the rack and discovered the car was unsafe to operate on the roadway. The frame was rusted through with several holes and structurally unsound. There is evidence that someone attempted to straighten the frame and tore the frame at the front end, which was hammered back in place and tack welded. The tie rod end was wearing a hole in the oil pan. The break lines were not attached to the frame. There was also evidence of rust throughout the floor pan. Clearly not the rust free straight car the salesman had represented. As it is a violation of both FL and US law for a dealership to sell an unsafe vehicle to me I contacted the sale manager and spoke with him about the condition of the car and requested he rectify the situation. He was unwilling to do anything about this issue. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this dealer.

update review
I had bought a car at the dealer, a 1955 Cadillac Series 62 Sedan. The dealership agreed to cover the costs of repairing safety issues with the car.

Awesome Experience in Lutz
What a great experience at Streetside Classics of Tampa. My sales rep Dave Pfister was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, but best of all, he was NOT pushy. Dave answered all questions that I asked and kept me informed either by phone or e-mail as the deal progressed. This included inspecting the car, all paperwork (including all tags and help with the insurance cards), and the car being delivered to right my home. Dave was there through it all and I wish all my car deals through my years had been this smooth. Thanx Dave and Streetside Classics for a great experience. Dave was awesome. I have never had so many thumbs up and people yelling "Nice Ride Dude" while driving my car, 1971 340 Duster . I will recommend this dealership to all and if all goes well, maybe I will be back to see my buddy Dave for another car. Gregg Fleming
