This was my first experience buying a car and I had the pleasure of working with Ben. He made my experience overall beyond perfect. I saw the perfect car on the website, can in to test drive the car and Ben was very helpful and informative. He knowledge in car helped me a lot with my decision and he also worked with me and helped me get my dream car to fit my budget. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service and I would be glad to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I live 4 1/2 miles from Canadian border in Washington and drove down on a Sunday morning, 340 miles. Ben met me and was very informative as well as, helpful. The test drive was as long as I wanted & where I wanted to go. Then allowed me to bring it in the service bay-room and crawl completely underneath, putting on diagnostic tools in the engine compartment, and the interior checking as much as I could. He hid nothing and even assisted my search by reading the manual to me or google searching for me. My visit and evaluation lasted an hour and half and he never tried to get me to quit. Then with his co-worker was able to come up with some creative financing to allow me to close the deal. And on top of that the next morning I received a call from him saying he would mail back to me the 6 CD's I had left in my trade-in vehicle. Thats going the extra mile in my opinion. GREAT GUY!!!

I recently made a purchase with Ben Hendrix. Ben was up front about everything. He went above and beyond a normal salesman. Making multiple calls trying to help me get what I wanted. He was able to get me the down payment we discussed, as well as in my monthly payment. There was no back and forth, my trade value was VERY FAIR! I will be back to deal with him again. I know we've all been through our share of dealership with pushy salesmen, but this is not one of them! If you want a great purchasing experience without the hassle of back and forths, as well as a great deal on your trade in Ben Hendrix is the man for you! Jeff Fisher was very helpful in the closing portion, as well as not a robot when it came to conversation. No drones at this dealership!

I recently sold my car to Kuni Auto Center. Sarah was my point of contact on the deal. She worked with me for nearly 6 months while I considered selling. While the price was below what I had hoped for, mostly because I waited so long, it was still fair. I really appreciate how I was treated during this time and would recommend Kuni in the future. Sarah was great and she really showed a dedication to earning my business. Cedric was a true professional and made me feel comfortable with the deal.

Ben Hendrix is an excellent and knowledgeable salesman for the Kuni Auto Center in Beaverton. He was very helpful and made my first car purchase in 10 years feel comfortable. He took the time to let me decide which vehicle was right, and after test driving several vehicles I think he gave me a nudge in the right direction. I left the dealership in an outstanding used vehicle at a great price. I highly recommend this dealership and you should definitely ask for Ben if he is working the lot when you visit. Jeff Fisher made the finance work go according to plan and he got me the best interest rate possible with a very affordable loan for my vehicle. Overall, the stock of used vehicles at Kuni is of excellent quality and condition. I am so glad to have a quality vehicle that I can afford. No more bus rides to work for me!

Bought a used car from here in December, 2014. It is now February 2015 and the transmission needs to be replaced. We were assured by Steve that all major problems with the car were inspected for and were repaired. I specifically asked about the transmission, among other things, to Steve and the mechanic. They gave the all good and nothing to worry about. They were really selling snake oil. Do not buy a car from here, they are just out to make a buck not a customer. Now I am stuck with a used car loan and a really expensive repair bill. Will not go here again, and neither should you.

Merry was a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knows her business inside out. We feel we made a friend in dealing with Merry.
