I think most people can respect honesty and transparency, especially when making a large purchase like leasing a car. My sales rep, Troy Killian was very honest and explained how the process works. We are all looking for a good deal and he was very helpful in providing all the numbers necessary for me to make my choice. Thanks for an informative and speedy process to get me back on the road.

With my situation (I knew exactly what I wanted) and Thomas' service, it was a quick process. He explained what different routes we could take in a manner I understood and we chose the best possible one. I am more than happy with what I got. When he pulled up with the car, it was better than expected....interior, better than expected. I have two family members who will follow in this buying process. Great experience.

I am a repeat customer with D&M because it takes the pain out of car leasing for me. This is my fourth lease with D&M and Troy Killian has taken such good care of me I don't think of doing this any other way. He has been patient with my many questions and helps me get just what I want - both car and deal wise. I feel sorry for my friends who complain about getting cars. I tell them, "Try D&M - you won't be disappointed." I haven't been.

So, I usually don't write reviews because I don't have the time but, I will make time for this one. This is the second time I do business with D&M and it has been a great experience during both of my leases. At first, I went with Jeff Cole, great guy, super helpful, always there when I needed him or had any questions. Even now that he's in a different role, he took my call and referred me to one of his great agents. This is where TK comes in... Super nice guy, on point with everything, got me EXACTLY what I wanted in NO TIME. I was very impressed and of course, happy. I'm so satisfied with my new car and the easy process that this was. Few e-signatures, he came to my house to take care of this and voilá! New car. I will definitely refer any of my friends and/or family to TK going forward and of course I'm going to continue doing business with D&M. Dealing with Melanie was easy, pain-free, and outright wonderful! I felt that she had my best financial and preferential interests in mind to help get me in the vehicle I truly wanted. She helped with eliminate the deficiency in my old vehicle and set me up with a schedule to keep my financial requirements first! She was awesome, positive, and wonderful!

Thomas is great to work with, knowledgeable prompt and responsive. We didn't care for the first car we tested so we went back to the BMW. He brought that one around for a test within a day or so and we made the deal. Thanks, Thomas!
