Superb customer service has won me over for life!
Mike went above and beyond in assisting me in getting a new vehicle. After being rear ended and having my vehicle totaled, Mike took over and got me in a new vehicle. I called him, told him what I wanted and needed, gave him my credit info and in less than 24 hours a vehicle that met all of my needs and wants was delivered to my door. I did not even test drive it, yet it could not have been a better fit for me. Payment wise, vehicle economy wise, back seat room wise and color are all exactly what I want and need! Not once did I feel taken advantage of or ignored. I would recommend anyone that is needing a new vehicle to go talk to him!

Great experience!
I have never leased before, and admittedly I was unsure if it was the way to go. Chris was patient with me and went over every option for both financing and leasing new and used vehicles. New Car Trouble
We had an issue with the new car we leased through D&M. It was electrical in nature that pertained to the radio panel and audio not shutting off when the car was turned off. On our first visit to Don Davis we were told that they could not perform a fix unless they saw the problem. They kept the car for a few days providing us with a loaner car. Well you guessed it the same issue came up a couple of weeks later and we drove the car to Don Davis. This time the issue was happening. They again provided us with a loaner car and kept our car for 1 week before contacting us and asking for the loaner car back because Chrysler/Jeep would not reimburse them any further. We indicated to them that since our car was brand new and that we felt there could be a potential safety issue that we did not want it back until fixed. They again told us we had to return the loaner car despite our objections to possible/potential safety issues. Once this happened we called Stacy Snead at D&M Leasing and explained the situation to her and explained our desire not to drive our brand new vehicle due to potential safety concerns with the electronics. She went into action and through D&M and Four Star Auto Ranch in Henrietta, Texas they worked out a remedy to meet us at Don Davis to turn in their loaner car and provide us with a like loaner car from Four Star Auto Ranch. They then drove our new vehicle back to Henrietta to continue to find a fix or solution. By the way Henrietta is 2 hours North of DFW. If you want Superior customer service I highly recommend that you choose D&M Leasing and Stacy Snead. I am sure this story will have a good ending in one form or another. The bottom line is the safety of their customers is much more important than the value of a loaner car. We have been customers of D&M Leasing represented by Stacy Snead for 8+ Years and now you can see why we choose to do business with them.

Tremendous experience!!!
