Love my Miata, but will never spend another dime at this

Love my Miata, but will never spend another dime at this dealership. They told me all of the cars at the dealership have nitrogen filled tires, which is a $99 add on. I was not able to refuse this add on, “because it was already in the tires” I had a low tire alert & went to get my tires filled with nitrogen was advised that if I had nitrogen filled tires, I would have a green valve caps. I do not have green valve caps. I confronted Asael and was advised it was probably an oversight. When I asked for a refund for the $99, he then said I wasn’t charged for it. I couldn’t refuse this add on, had to pay $99 but now the story changes, enjoy the $99, I will never spend another $1 with him or at this dealership.

They sell broken cars.

They sell broken cars. Bought a 2023 Toyota Camry. It was good enough to get off the lot but things went bad quick. Battery, thermostat, windshield washer fluid pump, needed an alignment. That was just 2-3 weeks in. Their service dept doesn't know what they are doing.

Asael Arruda is definitely our car guy we have a

Asael Arruda is definitely our car guy we have a purchased several Mazdas from him and definitely will return in the future. Asael is the man to see if you want any Mazda.

Definitely avoid this dealership.

Definitely avoid this dealership. We purchased two new vehicles on the same day and found out the next day we were lied to by the salesman, Jose Burgos, sales manager, Courtney Gross, and finance manager Gabby Brown. After we had signed the deal, we got screwed with products they added on without our knowledge. They directly tied the purchase of products to our interest rate, but told us they weren't charging us for the products. I said I do not want the product, and she said we were not paying for it. Then, after reviewing the revised deal, we saw that they charged us $4000 for unwanted products and lowered our interest rate, to what it should have been, to hide it. I contacted them as soon as I saw it and before the deal was even funded, and they said I could cancel the product, but they would raise my interest rate, and this comment came from the general manager, Nathan Clements. Their final offer was keep the products and a get the low interest rate, or no products and a higher interest rate. Do not do business with this dealership. There are better dealers out there. Don’t trust all the positive reviews that the dealer adds themselves.

My purchase experience with Asael was excellent, this was our 3rd Mazda. This review concerns the service dept only. I recently purchased 2 new Mazda's from them. With the second one I got a card for a free oil change which said good for 6 months. My first car was due for an oil change so I called and made an appointment. I had to drive 50 miles to the dealership from where I live. After I arrived I was informed that the coupon was only good for the other car which was now out of state. The service manager said the coupon was only for the other car and refused to honor it. He offered me $20 off an oil change but I said forget it I am not paying for an oil change that was supposed to be free. I thought how cheap can you get with someone who just bought 2 cars from you.

I shopped at a dozen dealers in the last week and Headquarters had the best inventory. Most had 1 or 2 cars I was looking for Headquarters had 8 or more. Also many dealers if your weren't buying a $90,000 truck they didn't want to talk to you, Customer Manager Ron and Alejandro helped me out and even got me a low rate at a Credit Union to buy my 2024 Mazda CX-30 Turbo Carbon Edition.

Excellent service, by Asael Arruda, who was the person

Excellent service, by Asael Arruda, who was the person who helped us throughout the process of becoming part of the Mazda family with the CX50, he helped us a lot because he also speaks Spanish and took us to the best purchase option we had at the time, the entire process was very fast and they helped us very well and we hope to continue growing in the Mazda family with the next model which will be the CX 90 👍🎉

Its a clean modern dealership with a good inventory.

Its a clean modern dealership with a good inventory. We went to this dealer because it was recommended and met with Jose Mendez. Jose is patient (a necessity), professional, and discussed what it was we were looking for. With a variety of makes and models on the lot, we tried several different models, did a couple of road tests, and selected a CX-5. We had been to several other dealerships and did not care for them, they did not feel welcoming nor comfortable. When spending tens of thousands of dollars, the environment at the dealership tends to set the tone for the attitudes and interactions between buyer and seller. I recommend this dealership.
