I spoke to employees at Fred beans Nissan at great length about a car. I was interested in. The verbal description of the automobile was virtually glowing. I asked for pictures and videos of the automobile, which were furnished. However, their verbal description, and the pictures and videos did not show some glaring defects. The windshield was cracked, and there was a dent in the front hood. Tire tread was also misrepresented. I did not see these defects until the car was delivered to me. When asked, I was told that the windshield crack was not there when the car left the dealership. When I furnished proof, nobody would call me back. And this age of purchasing online, I made an error in, trusting the dealerships word, and thinking they would give me a true representation of the vehicle in the pictures sent. I still have not received the copies of the death card and warranty. I was basically forced to purchase. While it did not come up in our conversations I made the wrongful assumption wiper blades would be replaced. They were not. As an aside, there were title delays. Needless to say, I am disappointed with the lack of total transparency and honesty in this purchase
