Honestly, I can’t say I have an experience with them

Honestly, I can’t say I have an experience with them because I’ve tried contacting them three times and I have had no response back. It’s really sad when you see a car that you’re really interested in and nobody will respond to you. But if you look at the rest of the comments, I think a lot of people feel the same way about this Dealership.

Would give them a negative ten stars if I could.

Would give them a negative ten stars if I could. We called about a car we wanted. Specifically asked if they had any fees and was told no. We drove 2 hours to get there and found out they lied about hidden fees and justified it by telling is everyone does it. Horrible business practices. Very unprofessional.

DONT EVEN CONSIDER COMING HERE!

DONT EVEN CONSIDER COMING HERE!! I called about a used truck that I saw online and they said it was available. I made an appointment for that day to take a look at it. I called an hour before going to confirm everything. I show up and “Tiffany” (who I spoke with on the phone an hour before) “left for the day” and the car was “sold days ago”. “They tried to call me to tell me it sold but the calls wouldn’t go through”. B.S. I even have a voicemail saying they had it available. It was all a tactic to get me to come into the dealership. Tiffany was a made up person. The truck wasn’t even on the lot. I felt completely disrespected. 3 hours of my life were pissed away because of this place. Never step foot in this dealership. If I had to decide between buying a car from Steven’s Ford in Jersey City or walking everywhere for the rest of my life I’m taking the latter 10/10 times.

Don’t waste your time.

Don’t waste your time. Service is the worse 2 weeks at the dealer and I ended up getting my stuff stolen no return calls and when I demanded my car all of a sudden everything was done. Save yourself the aggravation.

Wow.

Wow.....I have been buying new and used Fords since 1983 and have not seen the practices by this dealer since the 90's. I have owned almost 70 vehicles since 1983 and know how to buy. There is a reason why they will not show the line item costs of buying a pre-owned car there because its hidden until the end with a surprise. So I negotiated with them a deal that I thought was good and they come back with the offer and monthly payment. So I said okay it looks good. When I went to close the deal in finance they tell me there is a $1500 prep charge for the car which was not disclosed until the end. That adds $30 a month to my payment. For more insult on the used car prep for $1500 which is a ripoff nothing was really done. I can do this prep in my driveway with my code reader. It said on the RO a new oil change was done but when I checked the oil it was dark so not true. I had to change the oil soon as I got the Focus home. I just bought a used 2018 Ford Focus RS back in Aug 2022 and similar to the Focus ST from a dealer in Hackensack who charged $0 for the used car prep. That is what all dealers should be doing. Only reason I stayed with buying this car is that in a 200 mile radius it was the only one I found with the options and color I wanted plus it was a very nice ST. Carfax says there was damage to the car and they very not very helpful on disclosing the info except for the salesman Juan who was great. Thankfully I have friends who are high end auto body shop owners and they told me the good and bad about the damage which was minor. Also the service dept could not figure out the noise when going over bumps. It was a loose stabilizer bar link nut and I fixed in my garage with a simple wrench. That does not say much about these service guys. I actually would like my $1500 back that never should have been charged and they owe me for an oil change and repairing the suspension noise. Thanks for nothing Stevens Ford. Would never recommend buying a car there especially a used one. I would give a 0 star for my disappointment with this dealer but that is not an option. Thanks Juan P. you are a good car car guy like myself and salesman.

I came in today for service due to a recall that I

I came in today for service due to a recall that I received on my vehicle a few weeks ago. When I called Dana Ford in Staten Island I was told the next available appointment was in February of 2023 which obviously would not work for me! I immediately called this location to inquire about their next available appointment and was given an appointment for the following week! Upon arriving, I was a little confused upon pulling up since the Service area is pretty jam packed with cars and multiple other vehicle but after circling the block I then realized I could pull my vehicle in. I was greeted by Erica, who I actually spoke with on the phone, and she immediately got me settled and explained what I would expect. I was a little early for my appointment but they had me in and out in a little over an hour! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience or Erica and will be coming back to this location in the future!

Don't even bother going to this place.

Don't even bother going to this place. This place is notorious for price gauging, as you can see in other reviews as well using unscrupulous sales tactics to unsuspecting consumers. They have had 17 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and were given an F rating. Their sales manager, Stravos, is unprofessional and insolent. If you're looking to purchase or service your vehicle, there are many other dealerships in the area which are far more reputable than this.

The GPS on my mustang was acting up so I made an

The GPS on my mustang was acting up so I made an appointment weeks in advance to have it checked and get an oil change while I was at it. I was told it usually took "2-3 days" for diagnosis and repair. I left my car first thing Wednesday morning. When I hadn't heard anything about things were going on Thursday, I made a call to check in. Left a message for Erica--my service advisor who was "not at her desk." A few hours later, I called back to check in since I hadn't heard anything. Erica had "stepped away" and they were leaving a message for her. Since it was getting towards the end of the day, I made one more call before the shop closed and "just missed her." Fine--I figured I would hear back Friday. I called Friday morning. Erica was "not available." Becoming annoyed at this point, I began calling back around every hour just to see if I could catch her. I left messages. I spoke to other people. No one knew what was going on with my car. Every time I called, Erica was "unavailable." I saw the office where the service advisors work when I left my keys--it's a small room with 4 computers that all face each other. It can't be that hard to get a message to Erica to call back a customer. But still nothing. Finally, annoyed that I was a paying customer who was absolutely being ignored and treated like garbage, I began making numerous calls through the rest of the dealership until I finally annoyed enough people that Erica decided she might as well call me back. Turns out, absolutely nothing had been done to my car 3 days after I left and despite numerous calls to check on it. Disgusted and irate, I went and picked up my car and will be taking my business elsewhere. And I advise all other people to do the same. This dealership doesn't care about customer service. It doesn't care about good relationships with patrons. Employees are just passing time and collecting a check. All it would have taken was one phone call to me after I left messages to say...sorry, we're running behind. Things are taking longer than expected. We probably can't work on your car until Monday. I'm understanding and that would have been fine. I would have left my car and gave the dealership my money after the service was complete. But when a paying customer leaves dozens of phone calls just to check on something that could be dealt with with a one minute return phone call, and nobody has the courtesy to even call you back, that's not cool. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service. Terrible worker attitudes. And terrible Erica, who is too busy--or just doesn't care--to ever call you back or see how your car is doing. Some service coordinator... Zero stars if possible. Terrible terrible experience and I would never recommend giving them your business.
