Bait and Switch tactics.

Called about a vehicle I was interested in. Spoke with Chris for 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback. He pushed me to drive hundred of miles today to purchase the car. I asked him what the price was out the door and he instead asks me "how much do you want to pay?". After 3 hours of negotiations he told me the car was "sold" when he didn't like my offer. He never showed me the sticker price nor mentioned it. Instead, he's asking the customer how much "you want to pay". What kind of dealership would allow this? I recommend you take your business elsewhere or avoid dealing with Chris.

Disreputable

Disreputable dealer. Over phone offered a deal but after driving 400 miles they reneged. Demanded $4k in worthless options. They expected that after driving 400 miles we'd give in. Horrible experience.

Terrible Dealership

I went in to buy a Mazda3 Red. When i got there they were showing me a Gray Mazda3 and it was the wrong trim. A complete waste of my time, since i work nights and had to stay up just to make the appointment i had with them.

Do Not Come Here

DO NOT COME HERE! The customer service here is subpar, they are not friendly or helpful. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere when purchasing a car. I personally regret ever coming here and regret even more buying a car from here. I overpaid for a car I felt pressured to buy. Be careful with the positive reviews, do your own research, and do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did by coming here.

THE WORST DEALERSHIP

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are rude and liars. I went their to purchase a vehicle and called before I left my house which was an hour and a half drive and send all my loan documents over to them and the manager said I could come and get the vehicle. once I got there after waiting 3 hours I was told I could not take the vehicle. Julianna came out to speak to me and was rude and condescending and made me pay .32 cents because it was the difference from fund( really you could not let .32 cents go) after waiting the time they quoted time (a week)for me to get my vehicle delivered that I signed the purchase order for they came up with a new lie on why I had to wait longer. finally 2 weeks later I get the vehicle that they let 2 ppl test drive after I already sent them a check from my lender for, someone hit the car and with their knowledge they still delivered it as if I was not supposed to see it. after that I had to wait a week bring the car back for them to service it for a week. then they redelivered it full of mud in the inside I get a call to see how service was I complained about how dirty my car was returned and I was told by Ashley she would call me back that was February it is now may and still no call back. not worth the hassle

Liars!

Spreen Mazda are liars they will falsely advertise their used vehicles . I saw a car on their web site with a advertised price, I inquired on the price thru the web site. I was assured the price that was advertised was the price i would pay plus tax and licensing fees of course. I was sent an email and a text message stating that the advertised price is for how the car sits on the lot. When i get there I'm told the car has a aftermarket alarm system so the price will be higher. The car is the top trim in the model and has a factory alarm. I see no way that there is any other alarm/security system other than the factory installed one. And again it is advertised at one price and sold at a higher price. BAD BUSINESS!!!!! Sales Manager I spoke to was Jose Montiel. 0 stars if possible!

WASTE OF TIME & FALSE ADVERTISING

If i could give this place negative stars i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME. These people don't care and are the kind of car dealers that give car sale people a scummy reputation. They are rude and falsely advertise online prices. We went in with a set cash price and were upfront that we could afford this amount and only this. After hours of going through the deal they come back with $4,000 added to the price and say every dealer marks down online pricing. Moral of the story is they wasted our time and had no remorse or respect. Please do not support this buisness and hope they clean up their act.

SHADY dealership

There's a reason why the pre-owned 2017 CX5 4xxx miles @ $25,324 is still sitting in their inventory for months. The car was not prep at all to sell itself, white paint on the seat divider, interior dirty, car wasn't even washed. The care was listed with Navigation, but they insisted that you have to now pay for a memory car to use it. The ONLY dealer every said that lol. (I asked another dealership later that day without telling them I saw the car listed online, and the rep promptly asked me, without knowing, to check if the memory card is in and confirmed that their car has NAV) Then they come to the BS of the paint care, and security tracker(lo-jack of sort) that was already installed, and I must pay for it because they can't uninstall them. The same dealership that has Nav as advertised explained that all their cars come with the above mentioned, but are both purchasable options. Paint protection warranty would be voided, and they simply won't activated the tracker. All other sales numbers are typical dealers purchasing tactics, fake initial APR, BS about my credit score (I'm on the cusp of 800 since the year before btw). Immediately dropped the APR into the highest end of what my bank ranged my APR could be. Price posted was just a TACTIC to get you to the dealership so they can sell you their overstocked 2018 inventory. Make sure you know the fees you have to pay for before coming here and get avoidable fees thrown on your total price. They're legally obligated to display the price break down, but they will direct your eyes away from all the extra fees.
