Horrible experience, I have had my vehicle less than 2 months and have spent $1,200 in repairs that doesn't include the cost of the repairs I'm going to have to pay, because it is currently in the shop and I am awaiting a grand total. And at least between rentals, ubers, and paying for someone to drive me somewhere an additional $500 roughly. I sure am glad I bought that extended warranty you sold me. They are about as useless as the car I bought from this lot. I bought a buick encore on 08-06-25 and traded in my 2014 toyota camry with about 165,000 miles on it that I wish I had now. Beware of this dealership.

If I could give a 0 I would. I bought a Buick Encore on 08-06-25 with the extended warranty. on 09-06-25 exactly one month later it was overheating, not wanting to drive. I had to have it towed. One week and $1,200 later I got it back only to have it broke down less than two weeks after getting back. It is still in the shop now and I am just waiting to hear the damages and total. So glad I got that warranty from them which ironically hasn't been able to be used. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Its bad enough being a female alone when buying a car, but that shouldn't be looked at as an opportunity to rip someone off. I've had to get a rental pay for way too many ubers I was better off keeping my camery with 165,000 miles on it at least it was reliable. I intend to use every platform I find to warn people of this company. You cant get away with dishonesty forever.

Buyer Beware Dealership sells vehicles without inspecting them. I would highly suggest you have the vehicle inspected before buying! Dealership lied to me about headlight issue that will cost me over $900!!

Car advertised for 5 k on internet.. I go in, now it’s 7k with 2k down, so now it’s a 9k car.. reach out to Neil, said I want an independent mechanic to look at it, and Neil said ok, next day Neil said he had his mechanic look over it and everything is great, I go in, notice the tires were wrong , as in wrong size, along with being mismatched, on an AWD vehicle.. it’s whatever right.. tires are nothing for an car advertised for 5k.. so before singing, Neil said he “did me a solid,” and gave it for what it was advertised originally on the website..( huh? ) giving a customer what it was advertised for, is “solid” I give 1100$ down, and leave.. go to make my first payment, it’s financed for 7k..!! xxx Neil!? Down payment wasn’t even applied to the price.. so my solid 5k car, is now a solid 8k car, and this guy originally wanted a 2k down payment?!? Again xxx NEIL??! So over the past couple months, put new tires on, but also needed front suspension, and it has a coolant leak somewhere.. but Neil’s mechanic looked it over and said everything was great..!!remember… Here’s a fun fact, during signing, the salesman asks to use their customers personal devices” to leave a 5 star review on google.. so majority of the 5 star reviews, are written by the business themselves.. I changed my review that Neil left on my #google account, and he reported it, so I change it, he reported it again..? I’m talking to the bank they go through, I’ve been in contact with the better business bureau. Sad to say in the year 2025, in one of the most “patriotic states “ this dealership is a bait and switch, spam and scam, wholesaler pretending to be a retailer..
