Truly horrible.

Truly horrible. Until we enter the premises 5 different calls came. But the service at the sales center tuned m off b Liars and cheaters. Pl be aware not to trust these people. They show a cheap vehicle on line. When you try to buy it they do not sell saying more than the doubled prices.

Went to see a 2013 Hyundai Tucson which was said to be

Went to see a 2013 Hyundai Tucson which was said to be available, but when I got there was told the check engine light came on and it couldn't be sold, except the it remains listed for sale. To add insult to injury the salesman said, and I quote "You guys don't want to look at anything else, do you?' Way to tell us to leave. I was open see other vehicles withing our price range but the salesman sounded like he wasn't interested and we cutting into his leisure time, so we just left. That's just bad business practice.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM. I received both a call and an email confirming it. I arrived at 12:30 PM and was told they were busy but that someone would come to assist me. I waited. At 12:41 PM, the sales team called again to ask if I had arrived. I confirmed that I was already there. The call ended without any follow-up. I waited until 1:00 PM. No one came. No one checked in. I was completely ignored. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes traveling for this appointment, and received no service at all. Unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place. Never ever in my life I feel disrespectful at all. Trust me don't come to this place! Plenty of dealers in Hawthorne LA

These people added an extra $2,500 without telling us. When asked why the price increase, he said they added a mandatory tracking system. These people will try to sucker you.
