Marty Chevrolet’s service department doesn’t live up to their word and shows little concern for their customers. They make promises about repairs and timelines that they fail to keep. When issues arise, they offer excuses instead of solutions, making it clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. Their lack of accountability and care makes it hard to trust anything they say.

Purchased a vehicle from Marty's two months ago had
Purchased a vehicle from Marty's two months ago had ongoing issues with it brought it back several times for the last time of them to work on it. 48 hours later the truck burned to the ground Monday morning. I would highly suggest not buying a vehicle from this dealer , they knew it was a lemon and still sold it and has not done anything Correct to rectify the situation.

Dealership took us in right away to diagnose a service
Dealership took us in right away to diagnose a service engine light that came on. We were on vacation from CT and were grateful that Marty’s fit us in.

Communication was not very good.
Communication was not very good. Also I had to drive my brand new vehicle with a transmission leak because I had to wait 6 weeks for your dealership to be able to repair it. I received very few updates on my car and it was not ready when I was told it should be.

I am from out of town and my car started sounds.
I am from out of town and my car started sounds.. I called them to get an oil change tire rotation, and they start digging in trying to figure out what the sound was. They spent several hours and figured out one of the rattles and then had to use a I called them to get a oil change tire rotation, and they start digging in trying to figure out what the sound was. They spent several hours and figured out one of the rattles and then had to use a diagnostic team to try to figure out the other side. They let me know that it was gonna be a charge for the diagnostic team, but after several hours, they still do not find with the sounds was and they said to come back if it got worse. They were also kind enough to not charge me the diagnostic fee because they didn’t find anything causing the sound. I very appreciate it their help and time they spent analyzing my car!

Friendly people and service.
Friendly people and service. Great snacks and beverages. Good inventory of vehicles but was hoping for more Tahoe SUV's.
