Anger problems
Upon arriving the guy who was in counter was mad and throwing whatever paper work he had down all while I was standing in front of him. After a few minutes he acknowledged me being there.

Broke Down in GA
We were returning from vacation when our vehicle broke down in GA thankfully by a rest stop Had it towed to Awesomne Nissan unfortunately the service dept was closed. The Team at the dealership went out of their way to get us to a airport to rent a car so we could drive home to FL. Teddy from the service call me the next day and we arranged to get our vehicle repaired. Thanks to the "AWESOME" team for all their service

The best!! Very honest, courteous, explain things well.
Very positive experience. Heading home from vacation, had transmission problems. Worked with us for the best solution. Did a great job! Turned a bad car situation into as positive as they could. Made us feel at ease leaving our vehicle with them while we went home from vacation with a rental (we live 4 hours away). Went back yesterday to get our car, runs great!

Awesome Nissan does not honor their advertised prices.
I saw 2 different websites with an advertised price of 38200.00 on one specific Nissan 370Z. It was advertised on Cars.com and on Awesome Nissans own website as an internet price. I contacted the dealership via the internet and was called by Allison. We discussed the pricing on the car and I made a 35000.00 offer. She said she would take it to her Sales Manager. Very soon I received 2 different price quotes for this vehicle. The closest that they actually got to meeting the advertised price was 40,200.00, a 2000.00 difference. I called the sales manager (Ed) and asked him about the difference between the two prices. He basically said that I could accept their price or get lost. I tried to ask him specifics about the difference and told him that I thought they were falsely advertising this price. All he did was hung up on me.

Professional Service
This was my first time in Awesome Nissan of Brunswick and I have nothing but great things to say. From the moment I called to make an appointment, a member of their staff assisted me and provided a quote for the requested service. Upon dropping off my vehicle, my information was noted which help me in obtaining updates on the status of my vehicle. Finally upon picking up the vehicle I was explained in details what service was completed and what service was in need. I also received quotes for tires as my vehicle is in need of tires. I was very pleased with the level of service given. I will definitely return for service and would recommend this dealership/service center (Awesome Nissan of Brunswick) to anyone.
