I stopped for a look at the new Jeep products because my lease is expiring. I met up with Dennis Willis and my new car leasing process started. Everything went well. I am now leasing a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The process was great. I'm pleased with my monthly lease cost and I'm now driving around in my new Cherokee.

I came into Norristown CDJR to buy the BMW X1, but had already sold. Sean was my salesman. Best in class attitude. He asked me what I’m looking for in a vehicles and pulled up a bunch or recommendations. We had landed on a recently traded Escape. After the mechanics finished inspecting, Sean called me and advised a different vehicle due to the cost of repairs the Escape would need. Very upfront and honest. We landed on a black on black 2017 Renegade and they let me drive it home while the paperwork cleared. I had a change in position with my company recently, so my pay increased. The finance/ sales managers were able to pass my loan through after a few calls and get me back on the road. Not once were they rude or pushy. This dealership HAS the BEST IN CLASS ATTITUDE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST BUYING HERE.

Same issue as jeep guy. They have had my truck for a week before they could even look at it, even though I had mad an appointment. Then they tried to sell me a new set of brakes that passed inspection less than 6 months ago and a new set of tires. I'm not an idiot. There is un even wear on one tire , they are trying to say its miss matches tires. Dont deal with this new stile they used to be peaty good but now just making a money grab. Lost this customer.

Jeep stills has my car.. still no diagnosis but their "star mechanics" are working on it. It is now week #3. ..no conclusions. Help me
