This an amazing and awesome dealership unlike so many others. They warm, friendly, courteous and patient with you. Processing time is fast and the cars are top quality. The staff very accessible and responsive to your needs immediately. They numerous cars to pick from the help, support and assistance you get is outstanding. ADA -the Office Manager and Adminisrator is simply the best. She is efficient, prompt, focused, down to earth, warm and just excellent. You can and will trust her help, support, assistance and efforts. Absolutely top notch and first class. Eric Rogers, Ph.D. She is the best and I plan to come back to purchase again.

Shady deceitful and disrespectful towards me
Bought a car from them 7/9/2022 and it failed 7/12/2022 put it in the shop 7/12/2022 and the extended warranty that I bought whole at there dealership didn't cover the car repair because they said that Signature Auto KNEW that the engine was no good. Signature Auto had the engine replaced that failed a week after that (witch to extended warranty won't cover either). 2 months and 1 week later, the car is still in the shop sitting with $4k of repairs that I can't afford. And I'm still paying the car note insurance. Ryan at Signature Auto keeps being disrespectful and giving me the runaround. The car was a lemon and he knew it. I owe 22k for the car and Chrysler dealership won't release it to me until the 4k is paid for repairs. I got "played" by this dealership. I don't have money to throw away.

Dealership lists a 2013 Mini Cooper stating 52K miles and 1 accident. CarFax shows 226K miles as of 2/22/2022 and 2 accidents. One rear en colission in 2013 and a side swipe in 2016. I asked the sales person (Ada) for an explanation; no response. After sharing with the sales person the listing still reflects 52K and 1 accident. BUYER BEWARE.

As of 4/1/2022 Signature Auto Enterprises lists a 2013 Mini Cooper S with 52K miles and 1 accident reported on CarGurus. Requested a Carfax but had to pull it myself (first red flag). Carfax shows the vehicle @ 02/22/2022 with 229K miles and two accidents on 5/28/2013 (rear end collision) and on 1/25/2016. I reported the discrepancy to the dealer's sales rep (Ada), with a request to explain; no response and no correction to the listing.

Found the SUV online and made an appointment for a test drive on short notice. Adrian was very helpful. Everyone there was friendly and supportive. The SUV was in great shape, and I bought the vehicle after the test drive. The added costs were more than I expected but we discussed them all and we were able to come to a deal. If you know what you want and what it's worth, these are great people to deal with.

Thank you Chris, I bought a 2003 Acura. The transmission began to slip and bang into gear the next day. I went back and talked to Chris. He talked to the owner.They asked me what do you want to do. Return trade or repair. They split the cost of a rebuilt transmission. It's been 1 year and I love this car. Thank you Sinature auto.

I called on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for the next Monday with Adrian to take a look at a car. (Covid-19, scheduled appointments only). I remember telling them the car I was interested in and that I would have to drive a bit to get there. When I arrived, PPE mask and all, they had no idea who I was and had already sold the car I was interested in on Saturday. This is when Adrian tried to sell me another car. I’m normally pretty level-headed about these matters so I politely declined and drove back home. No big deal, but I was a little annoyed that they wouldn’t keep better track of their inventory and appointments to prevent people from making long drives like this. I called again later because I was curious how this would happen. Chris Gorski picked up and I told him the situation. He immediately pointed the finger at me like I was the one who caused the situation by saying “Did you call ahead of time to make sure the car was still there?” No Chris, I wasn’t told to do this or call ahead. I assumed the appointment-only setup and telling you the vehicle I was interested would hopefully be enough to prevent this situation. Unfortunately, I had to waste a day of vacation, about 24 dollars in tolls, and a day of my life to write these reviews to let people know my experience. And guys, I’ve been looking for a decent used car for months now so I can commute, visit family, and travel. I’ve had the same car FOR YEARS and this was really a letdown after trying to find this exact car. I would not purchase a vehicle here after the attitudes I saw. I guess I just dodged a bullet, but other customers should be warned: There was no concern for me here and there won't be any for you, at least from Adrian OR Chris

Stopped by with cash to look at a car that they guessed was sold the other day. OK, I understand. Didn't even ask if I wanted to look at any of the other cars in the lot. I guess they were sold too.

Excellent Dealership
Saw a 2017 Camaro on their website in the morning and deal was finished in 45 minutes from when I arrived. I have been looking for this car, this color, with the options it had for 6 months. Very fair on price of their car and on my trade. Worked with Chris, who not only knew the car very well, but shared some snacks with me when I said I had missed lunch to come and get the car. He spent a large amount of time going over the whole car and made sure the car was completely detailed when I arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Excellent Dealership
Saw a 2017 Camaro on their website in the morning and deal was finished in 45 minutes from when I arrived. I have been looking for this car, this color, with the options it had for 6 months. The dealership was super helpful and welcoming! They followed up with a phone call and had excellent communication. Dan was great and honest about the car we were looking into. We decided not to go with the car for external circumstances, nothing to do with the dealership. Would definitely recommend this dealership to you!
