Recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer with 82k miles. I had been shopping around for a few months and had seen dozens and test drove a handful of other vehicles. This one was priced extremely well for the mileage and features. They were quick to respond to my phone call and questions. I did not feel pressured during the negotiations, and felt that they were honest about what they knew about the car. They had no problem letting me take it to my mechanic for a thorough inspection prior to purchasing, and even stayed late to make sure the car was well cleaned before I took ownership. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good used car at a very fair price.

I sent a request for their best price on a vehicle. I received a call back the next day, and we scheduled a time the following day to come in for a test drive. I showed up, and nobody was around. I didn't see the car in the lot. The operation seems more like a repo selling yard more than an auto sales place. I live in Woodstock, so it was about 2 hours round trip to look at nothing.

the staff were very unprofessional. The quality of the cars that I saw was terrible. I inquired about a car and noticed obvious issues with the engine but when asked the salesman got defensive and made me feel like I was bothering him. When I asked to negotiate the price I was almost kicked out of their office.
