It looks like this place is closed now, and if so, good riddance! The car I bought from them literally broke down on the way home. I returned and said I wanted to cancel the transaction. No, they didn't have to let me but it would have been the right thing to do. They said they already took my trade to a different lot and it was far away. Turns out it was 2 minutes away. They gave me a crappy loaner that smelled like smoke (all the vehicles there smell like smoke) to take home while they repaired the one I bought. I called and asked to talk to the owner because I still wanted my old trade in back. He never called and was never there. Everyone associated w/this place was unethical. They said I could sign for my wife on the title app which I later found out was illegal. Go ANYWHERE else to buy. Would I recommend this dealer to my friend? I wouldn't even recommend this dealer to someone who killed my entire extended family!

Overpriced vehicles with hidden problems that were being covered up. Did not have good customer service. Are not trustworthy. These cars are bought at auction and have many problems.

I talked to a lady on the phone regarding a 2010 Lexus ES350 that I saw advertised and I mentioned that I would like to come see the car later that day in which the lady told me that was fine. I drove over an hour to look at the car at their dealership later that day and I met with the lady that I talked to on the phone earlier in the day and she proceeded to tell me that the car was in the shop and not at the dealership lot. I asked when the car would be back and she didn't know. I then called the next day and again no-one knew when the car would be back but I was told that they would let me know when the car would return. I even called that Monday because I wanted to find out more specifically from the manager on when the car would be back and again no-one knew when the car would be back. I guess the manager didn't know when the car would be back either. I was again told that they would let me know when the car would be back. At this point I am not expecting to hear back from anyone about that car. It's been about 2 weeks later at this point. So in conclusion if this is the way that dealership does business with telling a customer that a car is there when it's not and then not even letting me know when the car would be back then they leave something to be desired. Very poor experience.

This has been the best used car purchase I have seen bought my 2011 Audi Q5 from here it was a great price and great financing options I noticed something in the car they fixed it and took care of it right away , I love these guys highly recommend buying a car from this dealership
