BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this swindling business!!!!!! Going here was one of the worst mistakes of my life!!!! I was very concerned about the vehicle I test drove but was reassured that the car was “just fine” and that the loudness and the shaking and vibrations were entirely normal for “this type of car” Being desperate for a car at that exact moment and blindly trusting the lies that I was told, I bought it thinking I got a great deal on a 2018 car with only 56k miles but BOY WAS I WRONG!! I got home and realized quickly that I should have never have trusted them over my own intuition. I let them mislead me and take advantage of the fact that I truthfully have never owned, driven or rode in a Chevy sedan before especially not a newer one. I actually contacted them as soon as they were open the next morning letting them know how concerned I was. I also had a tire pressure light on and I was told that the mechanic would be looking at the car prior to my leaving with it and as I signed the papers I asked again if the mechanic would be taking care of of the tire pressure light and looking at it to make sure it was fine. I was told that yes the mechanic would look at it. Well when it was done being detailed and I was about to be departing, the sales person, Blair said she would take care of it herself quickly and she over inflated the tires to 42 when the PSI was 38 and assured me that the sensor was just permanently broken was all. I assumed this meant the mechanic never even looked at it and told her just add this much air for some reason. Well I went and tested the PSI and realized she over inflated the tires and realized the mechanic never even looked at the car at all either. Oh and the car was due for an oil change and had very low coolant!!! Yes I’m an idiot for not checking these things but also WTH? Why wasn’t this done?? Because they didn’t do anything!!! They bought the car and quickly sold it to me with only a car fax and no real guarantee that the car is functioning correctly. Now I’m about to pay $1000 or more to get something on it fixed but sadly I think the transmission could be going out also. I’ll need to wait and see. I’m absolutely crushed and I wish I never trusted these people!!!! All because I was too scared to meet strangers from Facebook marketplace!!!

Horrible! Do not purchase without getting vehicle checked by a dealer. Bought Lexus vehicle with 125,000 miles and transmission went out! I did not drive over 1,500 miles! Only had vehicle 3 months. I went to lot and he refused to meet with me. I’m sickened! Not sure if the warranty I purchased will cover it.

I purchased 2 vehicles in one month both are in very good condition. Ford F-150 and Chevy sierra The sales lady was really professional.

Don't do it!!! The owner purchases retired vehicles from auctions with a blown head gaskets, puts Kseal in the radiator & resets the codes. He does nothing but lie. 22 days he's had our truck! And still trying to rob us agin. I can prove this!!

They don’t let you even test drive a car until after they pull your credit. They hang up on you if they don’t like your attitude. They don’t want to spend any time on you unless you have money in hand. Never in my life have I talked to people in sales that weren’t willing to talk to people. 0 stars. They shouldn’t treat everyone like they can buy until they find out they can’t. Instead they treat you like a thief until you have cash in hand.

Purchased a Vehicle along with a warranty, after 2 days the check engine light came on, (they reset it long enough to stay off during the purchase process) took it to a repair shop and found out the vehicle had several preexisting problems that the warranty would not cover due to preexisting, BR Autoplex stated they would not cover any repairs because we test drove the vehicle. They are a complete scam..STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

No hassle buying, friendly service. They are very eager to please and will certainly go out their way to accommodate your needs. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle.

The salesperson was very responsive to our needs, was very friendly and able to answer our questions. Although we did not purchase a car with him he did not pressure us into buying car we were not interested in.
