Duramax
Will never go here nor will I recommend this dealer to ANYONE!! My husband and I bought a tuck from here and wanted to use our own bank for the loan, well the owner said we can use his Financial company and said when we get home we can go to our bank and we would not be charged an early payoff fee. Well now we have a $800 early payoff free that we have to pay. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALER!!

I was sorry to hear about this situation you mentioned in your review. I offered financing through the dealership to help speed up the process since your husband is very busy and did not want to make multiple 3 hour trips to purchase the vehicle. I was unaware of your plans to refinance through your credit union. Had I known this I would have informed you that some lenders do have early termination fees. After hearing about this situation, I contacted the lending intuition and was able to negotiate terms which were consistent with what I was informed that your credit union was offering, and, staying with the lender, would of course negate any early termination fees as they would no longer be applicable. I have since offered this option to your husband. Customer satisfaction is key to my business and I try to take care all of my customers. I would highly recommend Steve's dealership to anybody family and , or friend, or stranger !!! Steve did everything in his power to get me financed within my budget and with the terms that I had specified with him from the get-go , he was upfront and honest with me about all of my questions in regards to whether not I should do a trade-in down payment etc. etc. he thoroughly inspects all of his inventory with a "fine toothed comb ", to ensure that any issues with the vehicle are addressed prior to the sale and when you leave the lot you are leaving in a high quality high-end used vehicle !! Steve backs his cars. We had an issue after the sale $382.00 to be exact for the repair steve sent us to his repair shop no questions asked. I've been buying cars for many years steve is a man of his word and i appreciated it thanks steve this is Keith.

Dipiazza auto group
Dipiazza auto group is the place to go if you want a nice and affordable ride! The owner Steve is great and actually seems to care. I thought i'd end up back in a buy here pay here dealer but he told me he'd try his best to get me riding in a new car and he did just that!
