Service intake personnel lack customer service skills and appear uninterested that you are seeking assistance. They do not greet customers, the customer must get out of the car and go to them.

The cost was a little higher than expected. Price compairs higher than a tire store. Took a little longer than expected. Service was good and very friendly. I'm satisfied overall.

The staff was nice and helpful. The lounge was comfortable, accomodating, and PEACEFUL . Had a nice visit with other customers. I had a great first experience.
