We used to buy cars every year — never again.

We used to buy cars every year — never again. This dealership has turned into the worst experience imaginable. The service department is rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in communication. We have on video the service guy, Allen, saying “f*** you” to us in front of other customers — absolutely unacceptable behavior. It’s shocking that management allows this level of disrespect. After months of issues and empty promises, we’re done. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Grieco Chevrolet.

Purchase price changed on the cost of the truck, wasn't

Purchase price changed on the cost of the truck, wasn't what the originally cost was agreed to. Several trips to the dealership didn't issue.

The sales rep was great.

The sales rep was great. It was the finance guy that tried to squeeze the money from it your pocket. Convinced me to get the gap after putting 9,000 dollars down which after the fact didn't make sense to me. Gave me the run around after trying to cancel it.
