Covid max no exception for people with medical
Walked in without a face mask on. Asked the two of us to put one on. I grabbed one with a problem. My husband can wear on for medical reasons. The employee asked him to wait outside or shop online. Took our business to Kendell in meridian and paid $22k cash for a car. Go to Kendell. The employees are cool and not worried about a flu.

Beware of Max warranty. We were lied to.
We were told the warranty would start from the current odometer reading as it states in our paperwork, but we're told they would only honor it up to the new car warranty limit. So we paid for 75K miles and only got 40K. Usual used-car bait and switch.

This is how car shopping should be!
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
