Great communication and customer service.

Great fast service. They did everything that we agreed on and informed me of additional issues before fixing the issue. They really kept me informed throughout the entire service.

Satisfied customer!

My salesperson Tony Muirhead was awesome! He and his manager went above and beyond to complete the deal! This is my 2nd Audi but my first time shopping at Audi South Atlanta! I will definitely work with Tony and his manager in the future!

Very pleased with facility and staff. The only negatives were little delay in getting to the person to sign papers and pay for vehicle.

Easiest car buying experience ever!

I was referred by a friend to Sean Bishop at Audi South Atlanta. He made the experience absolutely painless. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered up options. When I came down to look at the car, it was waiting for me in showroom ready condition. He made the buying process very straightforward! I would highly recommend this dealership and Sean!

Phenomenal Service, Quality Experience

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Audi South. From the moment that I walked through the door; I felt as if my venture was completely individualized. I was sent expeditiously to the salesman that was expected me. We initially spoke over the phone. He was knowledgeable, patient, expedient, friendly, personable, and accommodating. He went over all paperwork in detail; and the test drive was amazingly comfortable; as he conscientiously made sure that understood key aspects of the vehicle. I was pleased with the length of time that I spent at the dealership. Instead of the 10-hour long trip that car shopping usually takes; I had test driven, signed, secured paperwork and worked with the financial manager in less than 2 hours. That was the most important to me. Afterwards, I received a follow up phone call on Monday at work to ask how I enjoyed my vehicle over the weekend. The entire experience makes me want to only purchase Audi's in the future. This is my 3rd Audi; and in between; I have owned a Saab and a Honda. I must honestly say that, although I loved those vehicles; nothing has compared to the overall visit that I had with Audi South this month. Thanks Audi for exemplary and quality customer care!

AUDI Q5 TDI RECALL

Great service experience. Took my car in for a recall. After the repair, the engine light came on. The repair caused the adblue pump to malfunction. They have to order new adblue pump. Kevin took care of me very well, and I want to thank him for assistance.
