Andre answered the phone when I called and has followed the process all the way through. He is knowledgeable about the cars on his lot and has been very accommodating. We had no problem driving from Alabama to Atlanta to purchase a car from him.

If you decide to purchase, please be very vigilant prior to making the purchase. They’ve got good customer service for sales, but that certainly runs out after purchase. I understand that used vehicles will have some issues and are not perfect, so my expectations are not outlandish. I am 8 months pregnant and I was clear and articulate about looking for an affordable car that would be RELIABLE, and wouldn’t have any major automotive issues. After owning the vehicle about two weeks and driving it a total of 8 times, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. I actually took the car to multiple mechanics all of whom were reluctant to work on the car and recommended that I take the car back to the dealership and have them address the problem since I’d only recently purchased the vehicle. I called the dealer, spoke to Andre and was told I can bring the vehicle in but would have to PAY their mechanic for his time. There was no good faith effort to inspect the problem. As I mentioned before, I am 8 months pregnant with a pretty busy life, I have neither the energy nor the time to fight with this dealership to address this issue. What is important is that I ensure the vehicle is safe and reliable for my family. So rather than spending more money at this place I’ve decided to take to my mechanic and handle myself. I just encourage you to be cautious with your vehicle purchases.
