It was a good experience however my tires were rotated
It was a good experience however my tires were rotated and they didn't have the full 35 lb per tire, car wash was okay. The back hatchback on my SUV wasn't cleaned very well other than that all was good

Oil Change
I had scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me a few minutes early I was done in under 30 minutes. My service provider was very nice and even told me my remote was getting weak and to replace my battery and if I didn?t know how to bring it in with the battery and he would replace it. Very helpful.

Stay Away from Moran Buick GMC...
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Moran Buick in Taylor, Michigan. My 2017 Buick Regal has been in the service department at Moran for a few weeks now to receive service traditionally covered under the vehicle’s powertrain warranty. The engine problems the vehicle is experiencing are well-documented issues with the Regal. There are plenty of technical service bulletins and other Regal owners experiencing these identical issues prevalent on Buick forums and through simple searches. I received a call from the service department to inform me that the vehicle would not qualify for warranty coverage. Dissatisfied, I asked for a return call from the manager. When the manager returned my call, the conversation immediately started-off combative and argumentative. The dealership’s service department seems to looks for any and all reasons to try to void the warranty, under the guise that Buick is difficult to deal with on their end (the sales manager’s words). By the end of the conversation, I thought we were in a good place, as we met a resolution that I would provide documentation and service records for the vehicle, and he would reach out to Buick to look further into this specific situation. After providing the requested documentation, I’m still getting the run around, and the dealership is now requesting that I approve a $700 “repair” for them to further investigate the issue and to determine if the engine issues “might” qualify for warranty coverage. Based on my experience so far with Moran, I simply cannot trust that the company. I have purchased 12 brand new GM products in the past 25 years. My father worked for GM for 30 years. I’ve never once had a vehicle receive warranty service, or had a negative experience with any dealership under the GM umbrella (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, even Oldsmobile). This situation and negative experience has tainted my perception of the GM and Buick brand. I hope that this review will result in a contact from dealership management or a representative from Buick that can provide a more professional and appropriate response to my current situation at Moran.
