I just began a new lease.

I just began a new lease. And for a car dealership (which I am usually a little leery of...) it was really a good experience! Nathan Kujik was very good - personable, seemingly honest, and not pushy. He showed interest in me, not just his sale. He answered all my questions, explained things clearly, and he never rushed me. There were no hidden $ showing up at the end of the deal. It was great. And I ended up with a car that I really love - one that I wanted! - also, the guy who did my 'paper' signing with me was enjoyable also. Daniel? Not sure his name, sorry. Anyway, keep this up and I know I'll be back! ( :

I bought a band new 2023 1500 Denali and on 9/29/25 I had

I bought a band new 2023 1500 Denali and on 9/29/25 I had a transmission warning. I went to service dept at 715 am and was told they do not have a full time transmission technician. He comes in once a week and it would be 3 weeks before he could look at my vehicle I was told there were no loaners. I was not offered any assistance. Moran GMC has no business selling vehicles that can’t adequately service. Do NOT give them your business. Gordon Chevrolet has 5 full time certified transmission technicians. My truck was completed by 10/8 and I was given a loaner

It was a good experience however my tires were rotated

It was a good experience however my tires were rotated and they didn't have the full 35 lb per tire, car wash was okay. The back hatchback on my SUV wasn't cleaned very well other than that all was good

Oil Change

I had scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me a few minutes early I was done in under 30 minutes. My service provider was very nice and even told me my remote was getting weak and to replace my battery and if I didn?t know how to bring it in with the battery and he would replace it. Very helpful.
