La Strada was polite enough both via text and on the phone, but I've got my eye on a few vehicles from them and have asked for a Carfax report no less than seven times in the last month. I keep being told politely that someone will get it to me ASAP. I won't go drive an hour to go see a vehicle that might have problems. I'd like to look, like at other dealers' listings, at the maintenance and accident reports. Hopefully you'll have more success than I have getting those.
