I prefer Mercedes hands down to all other vehicles. Mine has a few years which is why I buy Mercedes. However, having to go to this place for service is painful. I'm penalized because it's not a newer vehicle. I wish there was another Mercedes dealership in the Charleston area to give them competition. Something needs to encourage them to be better. Why would I ever want to return?

I found a CPO online and contacted the dealership where I was put in touch with Gerry Flynn. Even though our transaction was purely over the phone, he treated me like I was in the dealership with him. The sales process was easy and transparent and Gerry was reachable always. I think they went above and beyond to deliver me (400 miles away) a vehicle that is perfect for me and was exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Gerry directly in the future the next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle again!

My wife and I found the vehicle she was searching for at Mercedes of Charleston. We contacted Gerry Flynn and made the purchase. We were apprehensive as we have never purchased and had a vehicle shipped. Gerry was amazing and assisted us through the entire process. He even coordinated the delivery for us. The vehicle was just as picture and he described. The delivery driver was on time and professional. What a great car buying experience. I have nothing negative to say. Zach in the service department is rude and very
Zach in the service department is rude and very aggressive in trying to sale you services you currently do NOT need. I was charged $433.00 for an oil change, a check on fluid levels, tire rotation and wiper blades replaced. I thought I was still under the maintenance program I had purchased when I bought the car. This was the 70,000 mile check and my understanding was the purchased policy covered up to the 100,000 milestone. I was informed the maintenance policy had expired when I was called and told I owed $433. I did not notice when the car was returned I was missing a rear wiper blade. I went on a mini vacation. The car remained parked in the garage while I was away. After being home a couple of days I pulled the car out of the garage to wash it and that’s when I discovered the wiper blade missing. I promptly called the service department and got only voice mail. I left a voice mail. The next day I left voice mails. I spoke with two different receptionists and explained my circumstance and requested a wiper blade to be mailed. Still NO ONE from the service department called. I get an email a few days later from Zach in the service department asking me to send an email if I was dissatisfied with the service. I responded promptly with an email directly to Zach - several days later still no response to my email, or a phone call, let alone a wiper blade for my car. I guess the silver lining of being in a drought is not needing wiper blades. Today I called my salesman, Jason. Within a few minutes he took care of everything. The wiper blade is being overnighted. Bottom line is I love my Mercedes and my salesman, Jason. The 1 star review is for Zach in the service department.

Just picked up my 2021 G Wagon from MB of Charleston.
Just picked up my 2021 G Wagon from MB of Charleston. What a wonderful experience. My salesman, Gerry “Mate” Flynn was an absolute joy to work with. My daughter and I made a 200 mile trip one way to see this vehicle. Everything that “Mate” told me was 100% accurate, and I do mean 100%. The purchase process could not have been any easier. There were no add ons, no hidden charges— just honest, hard working people making this an enjoyable experience! Honestly I was a little apprehensive, but each time “Mate” and I texted or spoke on the phone my apprehension melted away. When I look for another vehicle it will be with these fine people and I will do it remotely- something I would have never considered a week ago. Or maybe I come back down just to see them!!

Dash light was on.
Dash light was on. The shop quote was $1440.00 for repair. Took the car home and checked it with a $35 .oo dollar test set. Right front tire monitor. Took to a local garage. $136.00 repair. Who can you trust ???

Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Gerry Flynn and Landon Moore were awesome to work with. From the time we stepped foot on the lot to Gerry delivering my new Audi to my office, we were treated kindly and all of our questions were answered. Definitely a first class dealership!

Purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 in October 2023.
Purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 in October 2023. Buying experience was top notch! A couple of weeks after our very expensive purchase we noticed a paint defect on the vehicle. Texted the sales person and he told management. A week went and then another and another. I was NEVER contacted by management. Texted the sales person again! He was very apologetic and was gonna reach out to management again to see how to go about this situation to get my vehicle repaired. November and December rolled around my car wasn’t fixed and I was never contacted by management! I left multiple messages for management, NO response! Here we are and it’s May 2024 and my car hasn’t been fixed. I’ve never been contacted by management. I had to reach out to Mercedes Executive Manager. He told me last week that Astorg would call me that day to set everything up! Days went by and SURPRISE NO CONTACT! I had to contact the Executive Referral Manager again. In less than 24 hours, Mr Sturgill, the service manager at the Lexington KY dealership reached out to me. He had a body shop appointment set up and a getting me a rental vehicle. Sadly I have to drive my vehicle all the way to Lexington bc I bought it at Astorg, but Mercedes is getting me a rental car. This has been a headache. I spent over 100k on a vehicle from Astorg and now I have to take it to another dealer to get it repaired! PATHETIC SERVICE AT ASTORG! MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. We planned buying our daughter a new Benz on 2 years for her high school graduation but it won’t be from this dealership! I’ll drive 3 hours to Lexington to buy another Benz instead of using the dealer in my back door! Jessica Lowe
