Nothing bad for an oil change, but I guess I've gotten
Nothing bad for an oil change, but I guess I've gotten used to other dealerships doing things like airing up tires and topping off wiper fluid with an oil change. No complaints. Especially not having to schedule an appointment.

LOF. Had to go back and have them reset oil life to 100%. This should be something they automatically do after ever oil change.

Sales representative Charles Lawrence worked competently and with patience to solve our desire to procure what we believe to be our last Honda SUV purchase. Finance lead David Poulin, had to work with me (not always easy), but his results throughput exceeded expectations. I had an issue with the transmission box.
I had an issue with the transmission box. The service department was able to diagnose and fix the issue timely and for an amount that I found reasonable. They also reviewed a number of basic items to make sure everything was up to speed as well as an interior cleaning. I work of this service department is why I continue to buy my vehicle at Dover Honda and likely will as long as I live in the area.

Very good experience. Financing was a little ruff as I got letters in the mail from three companies, I had credit with in the past, claiming I applied for a loan with them and they turned down my application and I never filled out applications with any of them.I am hoping this doesn't hurt my credit score.
