Treated very poorly. I have 0wned 6 various models of Lincolns and never had any trouble. They will not return my phone calls. Ed Howard is the best. I am calling the Lincoln Headquarters tomorrow. Thanks

Flying High
Had a wire installed and hidden from view for a radar detector. It was done cleanly and efficiently by an excellent mechanic. Pleasure to be serviced by a group of friendly and professional people during such a stressful time (COVID-19). Great experience!

Oil Change/ Tire rotation/ car wash

a terrible experience
Bought a new Lincoln Corsair. After sale entire process turned into a giant snafu. Though we had two years on our license plate, this dis-appeared. Also date for renewal was changed. Did company a favor and financed car with option to pay off after ninety days and that process was also screwed up. No auto-pay, etc. Other issues arose on a daily basis. We made several calls to dealership and in each case we were put on long holds with the final in each case being that they would call us back. This never happened!!! We finally went to dealership to remedy all problems. They rewarded us by letting us sit in place for almost an hour. Then a two to three hour confab began with the final outcome being that they would have to call corporate. And now we're waiting for that. Will go back up tomorrow. As an aside, the salesperson who sold us the car never spoke to us the entire time that we were at the dealership. Got better treatment at McDonalds!!!! Would never again buy anything from this dealership and would not suggest it to anyone. A point of reference on the car is that it is very noisy inside. I gave the service a two as Joe Fox worked well with us in getting clear coat on the car. No other reference......
