Visits to car dealers, whether purchasing or having service done is usually a close second to a root canal. I recently made an appointment for scheduled service and when I showed up at the GMc service department I was greeted by probably the nicest customer service person I have experienced in years, in fact possibly ever. Krystle Ross was her name and she was a joy to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. I think the world could use more people like her and you are lucky to have her at your dealership.
