Integrity and professionalism is how I would sum up Yusof and Joe in this well run business. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets a good deal on a good car. I refer all my friends there because I trust them. I am a very suspicious person generally, and Iconic made me feel instantly at ease and confident I was dealing with honest brokers.

Shady dealership with unethical salespeople. I was in the process of signing a contract to buy a vehicle from them and had some questions about the condition of certian parts of the car. The sales staff (identified themselves as Joe and Yusof) would always immediatly bypass my questions and say someone else was on their way to buy the car. This pattern repeated a few times, and I realized they were just trying to manipulate me into wiring the funds right away without due diligence. After too many sketchy answers and beating around the bush with my questions, I said I wanted to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic before returning the signed contract. So scheduled an inspection with a local shop, but Joe was offended and ghosted me from that moment on. Called the dad (Yusof) but got the same treatment from him. I finally figured that there is no way someone needs to be this shady to sell a clean car. Not sure what chump will end up with the black Lexus LS 400, but I'm glad it's not me.

Oregonian here! Saw a listing on Cargurus and had my 2010 BMW 528i shipped from San Diego to Hillsboro all within exactly 1 week! It even came in the same day as my birthday! These guys are absolute legends! I first looked at other reviews, tons of positive stuff. Excellent reputation. I noticed others got their cars from out of state too! The Carfax checked out. Buying process, was very smooth! No dealer nonsense. Yusof and Joe are very professional and friendly guys. So so easy to talk to man. Real people. Like I mean, actual kind-hearted human beings. Honestly, I just trusted them. I paid in full, skipped the test drive and had them ship it to me. Sure, purchases like this are always gonna be risky. Always do your research and learn the risks.
