I am currently stationed overseas with the military, which I clearly communicated from the beginning of my inquiry. Despite explaining my situation, I was repeatedly passed between multiple sales representatives and had to continually re-explain my circumstances. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and continuity ultimately resulted in the vehicle I was interested in being sold to someone else. This was especially disappointing because I was purchasing the vehicle as a surprise for my wife, who is currently in the United States. As a member of the military stationed overseas, I expected a higher level of communication, professionalism, and customer service. Instead, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a dealership. What should have been a special experience for my wife was negatively impacted by the dealership's poor handling of my inquiry and lack of follow-through.

Samson, Colin and the Dealership Manager were very nice to work with. I usually hate dealerships but I didn’t hate this one. Basically got in and out within a few hours and Colin negotiated a much better rate for me. Highly recommend.
