Additionally, after reviewing the reviews, all the DealerRater reviews seem inauthentic. Fake reviews, and lack of transparency. I would recommend going to a reputable dealership.

They were unable to answer simple questions remotely such as whether the vehicle qualified for the EV tax credit. In the end they told me I needed to come in to get those questions answered, and something vague about "not participating" in the tax credit.
