Our car buying experience was great at CarShop!
Our car buying experience was great at CarShop!! Our sales guy Brett was great, had the first vehicle out front and ready to drive…although I liked it wasn’t perfect fit. So he worked with me to find the perfect fit, for my 120mi drive/4 days a week, efficient, comfortable, driver assist features that I didn’t know were available, and so many features included to boot. Overall a great experience with zero xx and pretty xxxx stress free! Thank you

Update: I spoke with the manager of carshop and I truly appreciate him taking the time to reach out to me and get me a service credit. That being said I'm still hesitant to go back here for another car or service. I did raise my rating to two stars because of this contact from the manager. My salesman lied about the benefits of the warranty he sold me on my car. You do not get a free loaner with your warranty and the warranty does not cover all issues. I really wanted to like carshop but I would have a hard time recommending them and definitely would not recommend buying anything from Ethan.

I would not recommend Car Shop.
I would not recommend Car Shop. The sales person named Ethan completely lied about what the warranty covers on their vehicles. Carshop will not supply you a loaner and the warranty does not cover everything. I'm happy enough with my vehicle but Ethan completely lives up to the slimy used car salesman stereotype.
