I love car shop!! This is the third car I have purchased from Robinson Car Shop. They are so nice to deal with. Everyone is so accommodating. Delaney & John helped me tremendously!

We have purchased 3 cars from this CarShop location, & have been very happy each time. This time we returned after a year for our state inspection. Everyone in the service department was so cheerful & kind, joking with each other, & the customers. I spent a day each of the 2 previous weeks at a local dealership attempting to have a warranty issue repaired, & it was horrible. CarShop will be my service destination from now on!

Due to the time of day I visited, we had to complete the final steps the following day, but Erin (an amazing young woman with such a strong & heart warming personality) went above and beyond, kindly driving out to obtain my mother's signature, as she was unable to physically visit the dealership until several days later. This accommodation was incredibly empowering and enabled me to acquire my vehicle much sooner. Zack assisted me in finalizing the purchase, and I found all three individuals to be kind, knowledgeable, and honest, shining examples of exceptional customer service. I am unable to express any negative sentiments regarding this car dealership, a true gem that exceeds expectations in every way. The team is truly extraordinary!!

After I made an initial inquiry and asked for additional information and photos, I was told the vehicle was going in cosmetic repairs and more information would be forthcoming. That was the last communication received from the dealership.

Colin was very kind and helpful when I purchased my Honda Pilot. He had traveled to the Car Sense in Cranberry being it was closer to me than Robinson. I love the car too! A big thank you to Colin!!
