I have only been in Boonville for two years. I established a relationship with their service department and could not be happier. The technicians have always done a wonderful job at a reasonable price. They have always advised me honestly on questions regarding my Ford Five Hundred.

I’ve bought three vehicles from them in the last 7 years and every time it was a great experience. Their service department is also fantastic. It’s never fun when something is going wrong with a vehicle, but they take the time to listen to your problems and ensure they do everything they can to fix them in a timely and reasonable manner. Their prices are reasonable too. The oil change price for my f150 is lower than taking it to the “quick lube” places. All around great place to deal with, when you buy from them you really are part of the WK Family.

Great service at Boonville W-K
I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check on an outside rattle i heard when driving down the highway. I also added on a couple of other little things to check out. When I picked up my vehicle, they knew exactly what the rattle was and had to order some nuts and washers for some under-car shield and also went over a couple of other things they found. That wasn’t the best news, but they explained very well, gave me a detailed written estimate and told me what they suggested fixing and what they wouldn’t fix (a squeaking driver’s seat when adjusting). I will be getting the repairs fixed that they suggested as I know they are somewhat serious, and I totally trust them. Their service and mechanics are great. I even got to talk to my mechanic. Saved my day.
Mid afternoon, my battery light came on and then cycled on and off. I called W-K Ford and they were booked solid for two weeks. Never the less, I drove to their Boonville location for advice. My ABS light started cycling. I left the car running while talking to staff. Then, my car completely died. A jump pack got it started, but it died soon after. They said to leave it and they would charge the battery over night and check the alternator. The latter was the problem and they replaced it. I had asked if the battery would need to be replaced, but they said if it checked out okay, it wouldn’t. Unlike some dealers I have worked with over the years, they don’t replace parts deemed serviceable!

Fake people trying to get rich off one guy. Not h
My car 🚙 was having trouble every now and then. It wouldn't go at stop 🛑 signs after I stopped. I took it to a regular garage and told mechanic what it was doing. I said I think it is the transmission. He said let's check. It took him 10 seconds with his machine and a code came up. He said this is dumb but you have to take it to a dealership. Cuz the code that came up we are not allowed to fix it. He gave me the code. I went to W-K in Booneville. I told them what happened and gave them the code. I said I know you all have to do your on check and get your own code. But how much would this cost if you all came up with the same code to fix. Which I know that they would have. I am not joking at all the guy said first we will have to the same test and that will cost me $130. I said you all realize that I watched a mechanic do this already and it took him 10 seconds and he didn't even charge me. So W-K wants a $130 for a 10 second job. Then they will tell me what it would cost to fix. Do better W-K and stop 🛑 trying to get rich off one person. I for sure will not ever buy a car 🚙 here. Or take a car 🚙 to get worked on here. So sad that they are this way.

Great service at W-K
Took my car in for an oil change and left it for the service. Friendly staff as usual and received a call when vehicle finished. Great place for service and for purchasing a vehicle!

Superb service
Took my car in for service, tire rotation and inspection prior to upcoming trip. Excellent job overall. Courteous and professional staff. Very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best dealership around.
I’ve bought three vehicles here and also have had them serviced here. The staff is great and I’ve never had a single issue. When they tell you welcome to the WK family, they mean it. I won’t ever buy another car from any other dealer.

Don’t recommend
Went to WK for warranty battery replacement for a battery bought at their dealership. They tested the battery and told me it needed to be replaced but once they figured out that it was under warranty further testing had to suddenly be preformed and approved by Ford in order to replace it. It was an hour before closing and they told me there wasn’t enough time to do the work. They pretty much left me stranded with no options on the day before a holiday. I ended up going to a competitor and getting what I needed with no problems or hesitation. Also, the salesperson had no interest in answering questions about a new truck and lost out on a mega sale.
