AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST - - I should have listened to all the 1 star reviews!! Paul, the manager, the owner - the guy that says its his "bosses" policy. I called Paul Three times to set up buying their 2002 Firebird - told him I was going to fly someone out from Phoenix to Iowa to look at the car, drive it, and then buy it. Brought the cashiers check with him and then when he gets there to drive the car, Paul says its their policy that they don't do test drives because its in the showroom and they only take it out AFTER the car is bought and paid for. What kind of unheard of policy is that when buying ANY CAR?! He said its for Serious customers only. I don't know how much more serious I needed to be, flying there, bringing cash, and straight up telling him I want it. After another phone call to Paul he REFUSED to allow the test drive. So after being out $600 for flights for a pointless trip to Iowa, Paul then decides to text me. This guy is a serious piece of work. Because its MY fault for questioning a 20 y/o car that he is selling for $15,500. I should just take his word for it that this car is in amazing condition - He says, "whats the worst that could happen" - Really Paul? There are several things I can think of that can happen after you get my money. None of which seem like they are going to benefit me. Do yourself a favor and even if they have the car you think is the car of you dreams - unless you are prepared to buy it blind and from someone who responds to their negative reviews with comments like "You should be thanking me", then run far away from this dealer - I'm also sending a report to the Better Business Bureau for Pauls Extremely shady business practices - Don't say you weren't warned!! - - Even the Lyft driver that drove my guy to the dealership said he tells people to avoid this place, tells you something when the locals avoid it too.

Waste of time
Went with a cash down payment looking for a used car. The only person there just started Monday and couldn’t even help with financing. What’s the point of being open if you can’t sell cars?

Terrible Service
My girlfriend and I were on the hunt for a MINI Cooper. While on our way to a different dealer we passed by this one and saw a blue MINI on the lot. Figured we would stop in and check it out we parked and started taking a look at it. We walked around it for about five minutes before realizing nobody was going to come out and talk to us and we went in. We were interested in seeing the vehicle further. We went inside and couldn't find anybody around except a man sitting at a desk in what appeared to be an office. We stood at the counter and were definitely in his line of vision and stood there for a minute before I initiated conversation. He said the vehicle was unlocked and didn't offer to go with us or anything. We went back outside and looked at the interior. It wasn't in the best shape, which is not the dealers fault I understand but it could have at least been repaired. After deciding it would be worth it to start it and make sure it sounds as it should we went back in to ask if we could do that. Instead of receiving a helpful response or a yes, we were asked how we were going to pay for it and if we had cash in hand. We are young adults and maybe he didn't expect us to actually be in the market for one but we were. And quite frankly this completely put us off and we left. H

This is a old review from over a year ago. At that time they had a lazy sales guy which no longer works for this facility. We are under good management and sales staff currently that are friendly. We appreciate any reviews and concerns moving forward. We understand customer service is all that matters and we are willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. Thanks for taking the time to send your review...
