Dustin showed us different models so we have the feel of brands of cars. He did not push one or hover over us while we looked this is the best sells person I have had here. This is the fifth uto I bought from ricart.

We found the truck we wanted on Ricart.com. I e-mailed them and Frank got back to me that night. He worked with me on his day off, and was great when we met him. He couldn't get me the price I was hoping for, but he tried, and the price we got was good. Will be sending anyone looking for a used car to Frank.

Robert was great salesman friendly and well informed about the inventory! Robert is all around great salesman! But the main issue I had NO dealing on the price! It as understanding that was Ricart's #1 motto! This is price take it or leave IT was not DEALING!!

Mark was very courteous and helpful even after I felt a delay in a return phone call on my query (I'm not the easy customer). The fact that we closed this sale late in the evening, Mark attempted to detail the car out himself, and wasn't able to put gas in the car so I left with less than an 1/8th of a tank. Not his fault - but I would have hoped maybe something would have been offered/set up to come back and detail the car as it should have been (and maybe fill the tank) since there were still coffee stains from whatever salesperson used it as a demo. Did feel I was rushed out a bit - and understand people were staying late to close things out. You don't rush customers spending thousands with you...

Jeremy Tudor provided excellent customer service by quickly responding to our internet inquiry about the '09 Honda Odyssey EX that we were interested in and eventually purchased. He also provided all the necessary information to met with the salesman(Joe Hollenbach) that evening. Lastly, unlike some of your competitors the ad for this vehicle we purchased was promptly removed from the site by the next day to eliminate unnessary inquiries.
