Steve has a true passion for his business. He actually...

Steve has a true passion for his business. He actually seems to like his job and really wants to help people. He had an excellent knowledge of all his inventory. He was able to answer all our questions right away. I have already recommended him to my brother who is in the market for a used vehicle. The dealership has a huge selection of good quality vehicles, it is nice not to have to drive all over the place to shop.

we went to ricarts hoping to find a newer vehicle, and be able to get financed, we worked with Rick Johnson, he was very good, and showed us a bunch of vehicles, before long we drove away with a sweet cherokee, with a Hemi and loaded to the max! we are very pleased with newer vehicle! , only thing I wasn't impressed with was, we were promised a tank of gas, ended up, the next day, we received 5 gals, hmmm I say give what you promise! but all in all we are very satisfied with Rick and will do business again in the future! Thanks Rick!

this is an amendment to the original review,after several months, finding out Ricarts never transferred our tags, so we had to go out of our way to correct the problem, one would think since we were there for over 3 hours, this would have been done. also the satellite radio was never transferred to my name, after the sale couldn't get Mr Johnson to answer phone, was promised tank of gas the next day, he put 5.00 in it, we only spent 27k on our used vehicle. so then April13, 2012 we took jeep to get service, I told the service advisor make sure they clen off the oil they drip, so i had to wipe both fenders and hood and air cleaner , also the service advisor (BOB STCLAIR) assured me they would use factory parts, well NAPA is not a Chrysler part, just another lie from Ricarts, my advise to anyone looking to buy a new car, or used go somewhere else, these people lie and after the sale your on your own! dissatisfied customer, I will take my high dollar grand Cherokee to a authorized Jeep dealer, not a KIA dealer.

Me and my husband visited Ricart Used Car Sales one Saturday afternoon and I can't tell you how many vehicles we looked at. We were dealing with one person and then Mike stepped in to help. He was very patient and understanding. He understood what we were looking for in our price range. We did purchase a vehicle because the 2 we actually wanted were in finance. After thinking about the vehicle that was purchased we decided that we did not want it so we went back the next day and talked to Mike. It just so happened that one of the vehicles we were looking at the other party changed their minds about it so it was still available. Mike took us on a test drive and we exchanged vehicle. Just the patience of Mike and his willing to help was outstanding. I would suggest anyone going to look at a vehicle ask for Mike Foster. Me and my husband are currently working with him now on a second vehicle.

We had made an appointment with another sales consultant....

We had made an appointment with another sales consultant. However, he was not in and Mike stepped in and found the cars we wanted to see. He did a good job of arranging cars for me to test drive.

I've had the pleasure of having Steve Holzinger working...

I've had the pleasure of having Steve Holzinger working with me to buy my first truck andhe made my experience very comfortable and was straight up and honest with me which I really appreciated. He was friendly and courtesy and even though it's been two years since I've bought my F-150 he still calls and checks on me more like a friend. Thanks Steve Holzinger!

Outstanding - I basically knew what kind of car I wanted...

Outstanding - I basically knew what kind of car I wanted when I went in. I had my friend with me & she is semi-disabled. She was going to sit in the car while Dustin McKean ( sales consultant) & I looked at the cars. Dustin immediately went & got a golf cart so we could all go look. He drove us to all the cars I was interested in & answered all the questions I had. When I found the car I wanted he got the keys & we took it for a test drive. He sat in the back seat while my friend sat in the front seat beside me. Dustin said she would be the one riding there so she should sit there for the test drive. When we returned to the showroom Dustin filled out all the paperwork & turned it in to the finance department. They approved a loan for me even though I had had came out of a bancruptcy less then a year ago.I now have a black 2007 Chevy Equinox. Dustin & the rest of the people that helped me through the process were awesome. They made the whole procedure so smooth & comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to everyone & if I ever need to purchase another vehicle I will absolutely return here. Thanks again Dustin McKean I Love my Equinox. Jeanne Shaw Delaware, Ohio
