Received a recall on the rear axel shackles on 1/23/20.
On the eve of 1/25/20 the shackle let go on my Altima. They got me in on 1/27/20 and gave me a loaner vehicle and had the car done on Wednesday after the parts came in. I was originally told that there were no openings until 2/11/20.

This is my first time using Boch Nissan South
I just relocated from Tennessee and brought my car to Boch Nissan South for the first time. My experience here was great - kept in touch with Derek before the service and met him finally this week and everything went great. He even gave me a heads up to future service that will be needed. Overall my visit to Boch Nissan South was exceptional. Would recommend to others.

Phenomenal service!!! Blane was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient/ knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I needed and was looking for in a vehicle. He was very attentive offering myself and my mother coffee and water. We even received a tour of the dealership. I left with a gorgeous 2020 Altima that I feel confident and safe driving in! Only in for routine service. It was my first time there and found it far more friendly and easier to deal with than previous dealerships that I’ve visited. Only negative was that every other nissan dealership that I’ve been to includes a car wash with service
