Excellent Quality service

The service advisor,David Pari, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He cares about what you need to have done to your vehicle and also takes the time to inspect the exterior of the vehicle. He explains the technical side of things with ease and I know that my vehicles are in good hands with the technicians.

Really expensive

The upfront service charge of $130 to diagnose the problem is EXTREME when the bill is over a certain amount. I understand finding future problems is important but not for 30 mins of looking over

2 1/2 hrs. for an oil change & tire rotation was too long

I was told an hour it took 1 1/2 hours longer or 2 1/2 total time. I was not informed of the delay then told they were busy. When I asked about my car. This was not a pleasant experience- sorry

They suck

Took way too long. They go out of their way to tell how good they are but in reality they suck. Empty promises like their sales dept. Bunch of tools.

Great service

I went in with a few cars in mind already. Elliot was recommended by my brother whom just bought a car and he was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I was in and out within 2hrs which included the test drive and signing the paperwork. I did not feel pressured into anything I did not want. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a new or used car.

Overall good but disappointed this time.

The actual fixes are done well, but we've noticed the customer service and communication decline with each new owner of this location. Stood in bay and at service desk for quite some time while busy people typed away right in front of me. No acknowledgement, or saying how long they would be. We've been coming here for over 20 years and know many employees by name. After employee finally brought up our info, they actually asked if we had ever brought the car in for service before. Computer on the fritz we were told. We are regulars. Boch has a great location, convenient, easy to and from highway. They have a great opportunity to up the quality of their customer care to rival their competitors and match the quality of their fixes. They used to wash the car too, but haven't seen that lately. I hope this helps and know we may have visited on an off day. Still go here. Dealerships are people. People are imperfect. If it was a persistent problem, this would be a much different review.

Was well informed while I waited for my repair

Efficient, clean and comfortable

A great place to wait while your car is being serviced. Efficient servicing (even for walk ins) and a friendly team. A very clean and comfortable waiting area.

Price and need of some items. The amount price and need of brake fluid was not explained to me. The bill was not reviewed either.
