Buy Certified Nissan rogue

I was initially unhappy since the advertised price was a bit misleading with hidden fees. But Marc is awesome. He was very patient and friendly and eventually found me a nice car that fits my budget. The car was well serviced, although there was one minor miss- the charger did not work due to a burned fuse. Overall good experience.

they do not honor prices the adviser price

Wanted to buy a 2016 certified Rogue, the price on there website was good, the salesman was good, but when it came to the price they added a $450 (factory customer cash), then added $1250 prep fee. The sales manager Tony tried to explain it as a charge to get the car ready to be certified ( usually that's a cost the dealer absorb), his lack of communication skills made it worse, he explained it as in order to compete and have the lowest price online for that vehicle they had do that to bring customers in. DECEIVING AND LYING TO COMPETE is the wrong strategy. Will never buy or service our cars there ever again.

noise under carriage

They advise I needed a axle/boot had it replaced still can hear noise just not as loud ugh..Not sure if I contact dealership I will be charged for service to check out noise

Great

Everyone was friendly and kind. Eliot was very helpful and patient in helping me find the right fit for a car. He was good with following up with me to see how I liked it.! I appreciated the new front tires being addressed as well and u guys working with me on that! Only thing I would recommend would be with the finance guy if he could have gone over more detail on the warranty he sold me cause I still don’t know what warranty I bought . Maybe some detailed info on it would be cool .! Thank you again

Purchasing a Rogue

I came back to buy a car from this Nissan dealership because of Blane. I bought my first Rogue 5 yrs ago from him. This is the first time I have ever purposely went back to the same salesman

Poor follow up

Should not have to call multiple times to remind service agent to order parts. Won’t be returning to Boch Nissan South for service in the future.

Poor scheduling and no consideration for time

Went in for a new vehicle 1st oil change Appointment was at 9:30 got there and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. That must be how long they want you to wait. After I purchase the vehicle I had to bring it back to get an inspection sticker. When I arrived they told me it would be an hour and a half.

Fast and quick

Had a problem with my sensors going off for no reason so they replaced and updated the one's that needed to be and also gave my whole system software an update.

Used car sales at their best

I called 2 hours before I went there (4PM) and 2 people confirmed that the car was still there. Of course, when I got there I was told the car was sold in the morning. They had me look at other cars, obviously. I had a pre-approval letter from BOA, they introduced me to 2 different managers, hussling to finance with them. They really didn't want to sell me the car with that approval letter. I preferred to loose all the discounts, not to finance with them. I lost 2,5 hours of my life just to convince them to use the letter I had. Very aggressive, very inconsiderate to my wishes, deceiving. I truly feel bed for the people working there.

Thank you for taking the time to send your response in however, I'm a bit confused on your recollection of events? The vehicle you purchased is a Nissan Certified Vehicle. You knowingly forfeited a rebate of $450 from Nissan Financing because you stated that your loyal to Bank Of America which is fine, that's your decision. The only problem with that is we are not able to pass the rebate on to you. We honored your Pre-Approval letter and used financing through Bank Of America just as you wished. The Pre-Approval letter vs the actual approval you received from Bank Of America was an interest rate difference of .05% which is a total of $23.76 over a 72 month (6 year) term! We worked very hard to earn your business, we even went as far as to offer you the financing through Nissan and to beat the interest rate that you had received from Bank of America and you flatly denied it! We aren't here to hustle finance to you, we are here to present the best options available to you though. Like you stated in your review, you made the decision to "loose the discount "rebate of $450" through Nissan Motor Acceptance Cooperation and pay a higher interest rate through Bank Of America because your loyalty to them. In closing, I would say we are aggressive, we are aggressively priced and we work our tails off to earn everyone's business. Instead of apologizing for keeping me hostage there for more than 2 hours, you are reminding me that I chose to forfeit the rebate. No clue on what customer service is. FYI, 70 days later and less than 400 miles the battery from the car died. I was right NOt to finance with you! Again, instead of learning from the review, you remind me that I didn't trust you to finance the car there. Only because your dealership was deceiving and bait me into coming in, lying that the car I was interested was still there. I read all the reviews, looks like I wasn't the only one unfortunately. Please learn how to do business the right way. As now, your dealership deserves 0 stars. My opinion
