We purchased a Toyota Highlander from Carswap and our experience was great! We worked with Jacob Peckham and he was very professional, and a really nice guy. Our vehicle was as described in the ad we saw, no surprises. They replaced alot of parts, put on new tires and we feel like we have a suv that we can take anywhere. All the folks we talked to were very friendly and helpful, we would recommend CarSwap to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We were put in a situation where a truck upgrade was in order, but we didn't want to purchase a new one. Our 2020 SUV was declared "total loss" after hitting a deer while on vacation. Insurance furnished us with a rental car to drive home & to use the following week for scheduled medical appointments that were 1000 miles from our home. Once we returned home, my wife & I decided to upgrade our truck, and not replace the SUV; so, the search began. We wanted a truck capable of pulling our travel trailer and, hopefully, fit in our garage. Not 45 minutes into my search, I found one that I wanted to look at & drive. It was just 7 miles from home! I showed the pictures to my wife, asked her if she wanted to go look with me (knowing the answer), and we headed to the dealership. We met with John, "took the truck for a spin", and returned to discuss details on our trade-in, because we really liked the truck. We had the credit check done; the details of the financing and down payment discussed, and we decided to make the deal. Since we were leaving for Houston very early the next morning, we didn't want to do the paperwork and take delivery until we returned from our trip. We put some money down to hold it until our return home. We've only had the truck four days, but we're overjoyed with it so far. I also can't say enough about the treatment we have received from John and the manager we worked with!

They sold a piece of xxxx car to us. And would do anything to make it right. The lied to the bank and way over charged for the piece of xxxx car. I'm your looking to get screw over talk to Randy Huling he'll xxxx you over the best.
