Amazing fast service
My experience was wonderful. All of the customer service people in the technicians could not be more professional friendly and fast. And everything was done so quickly I was almost shocked. This is the first time I have been to this dealership for a recall notice on my Jeep and most of the time it takes 3 to 4 hours or an entire day to get my car back and this dealership I was out in 45 minutes. That is amazing service!

THE WORST
This guy Cesar is the worst. No sense of customer service or professionalism. Promised a part delivery in two days claiming he would call me to let me know and set up a follow up appointment. After 4 days I called. The two girls who answer phones are equally as bad. They rush to put you on hold before you even finish your question. After 4 separate calls and being on hold for 20 minutes each time I decided to drive to dealership and handled it myself. I would like to point out Dan in service SAVED THE DAY. Total professional and showed that he cared. Sorry for the bad review but it is all justified.
