Robbie was awesome!!!! My husband and I came in looking for an affordable dependable car and he found us the perfect fit. Thank you for being patient and fast getting us in and out.

Sales person was great. But don't buy the extended warranty. It is all a lie. I was told it was 50$ deductible call the service department. I was told it a 100$. And they have 2 get it approved before doing the work. And when I purchased the vehicle the service engine light was on. Taken back to the service department and they turned it off to get the deal out the door. And now they want to turn it in on the extended warranty. So be very careful about the extended warranty.

I started off with Kimber, reaching out. And she was consistent and dedicated and making sure that I was ok and I was coming to my appointment. She kept in contact, until I pulled into the lot. She came out and introduced herself, before the end of her day! Martha was awesome from the time we pulled up to the lot!! She walked me and my family through the process & discussed every detail with us! Any problems, she was ready to fix! She was in the scorching hot sun assisting without a fuss or anything! Carmazone, has a great and dedicated person on their team! The Carmazone team, worked as a team, to make sure I rode of the lot, satisfied and happy with my purchase!! We had an appointment made hours ahead and confirmed over phone. When we got there, no one said “hi” or “how can I help you” at all. Employees were chatting to themselves. We had to walk to the desk to interrupt them and get any attention. Sat waiting for 12 minutes before asking again if anyone was coming to help us, told they would be with us any minute. We waited another almost 5 minutes before going out and looking through the lot ourselves, end eventually leaving without any help.

As soon as I inquired about a vehicle I was immediately contacted by Holly. She was able to verify it was available and set us an appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by Robbie which helped check us in and get the process started. Super nice and he was on it. At the time they were short handed but Robbie was able to help us all out. We went for the test drive and was exactly what we expected and wanted. Got the rest of process going and finally was able to finish the process with Ken. It was busy at the time but the whole team was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure everyone was good to go.
