This was the easiest Truck Buy I have done. I didn't have to negotiate as the price was where it needed to be after I did all my homework and the financing they provided for me was just as good as I could get from my credit union. Their response to my calls were quick and giving me a piece of mind with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY was the selling point. Informative, HONEST, made my decision super quick and having the truck I wanted made my decision quick . I had gone to several dealers prior and this was the selling point for me was the no haggle, fair, and straight deal.

This car buying experience at Driven Auto Sales was top notch. No hidden costs were disclosed after we got there. The Jeep was just as described and shown in the pictures. Sterling was patient with all of my questions, knowledgeable and a pleasant to work with. When we arrived, we were greeted with professionalism, politeness and friendliness. I recently traded in a vehicle to driven and purchased a 2024 f350 from them. I did most of my business with Sterling who was informative and was able to work out a deal online on my trade in that worked for me. Upon arriving they had my new truck so clean you could eat off of it. It was clear they take alot of pride in the vehicles they sell, which unfortunately made my trade in not quite up to par for Driven. After they inspected my trade in I talked with Mark for a while on why we they couldn’t meet the price they had given me online… at first I was a little bummed thinking I had been suxkered into typical dealer tricks but he went over my truck with me and showed me what he was talking about and we eventually came to an agreement on price that we both felt comfortable with. Overall they are a great dealer and hold thier vehicles to a high standard. Would definitely buy again from them.
